gvt99 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we" or "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. This Terms & Conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between you and gvt99.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account on gvt99. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and any bonuses received being cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Never share your login information with any third party. Report any unauthorized use of your account to gvt99 support immediately. gvt99 is not liable for any loss arising from a security breach of your account.

3.4 Account Closure

gvt99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason and without notice, particularly in cases of rule violations.

4.1 Payment Methods

gvt99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Only these three methods are accepted for transactions.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing time may increase if additional verification is required.

4.4 Source of Funds

Funds deposited into your account must come from a legitimate source. gvt99 maintains a firm stance on anti-money laundering and reserves the right to review suspicious transactions.

4.5 Deposit Verification

gvt99 may request additional identity verification for any transaction. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gvt99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳34,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Withdrawing a deposit after claiming a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• gvt99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If any bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

gvt99 has a five-tier VIP program. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6.1 Betting Limits

gvt99 sets specific minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and market. These limits may change at any time.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) and are operated under a fair play policy. In the event of a technical error, gvt99 reserves the right to void the relevant round and the stake will be refunded.

6.3 Disconnection

gvt99 is not responsible for any internet disconnection on the user's end during play. However, the platform will take appropriate action in the event of a game server issue.

6.4 Sports Betting

For determining sports betting results, we treat the decisions of internationally recognised sports federations as final. In any disputed situation, the decision of gvt99 will be considered final.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities.
• Exploiting the system or using risk-free betting strategies for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Using another user's account credentials or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to influence game results using third-party software or bots.
• Misconduct or harassment towards gvt99 staff.
